FFS-16M Photochemical derivators

Photochemical post-column derivators are widely used in liquid chromatographic detection and analysis. When used, they are placed between the column and the detector to carry out continuous post-column photochemical derivations to improve the sensitivity and response selectivity of fluorescence, ultraviolet, electrochemical and chemiluminescence detectors.

When aflatoxins are detected by liquid chromatography-fluorescence method, the fluorescence intensity of aflatoxins B1 and G1 can be enhanced effectively by using a photochemical derivator for post-column derivatization without any chemical reagents, and the sensitivity of aflatoxins B1 and G1 can reach more than 0.1ppb.




▶  The suspension support and active cooling structure design can effectively improve the working life of the derivative tube.

▶  Aflatoxins B1 and G1 were derived online with good reproducibility. No chemically derived reagents are required, which reduces the cleaning work of the liquid phase system and prolongs its service life.

▶  The detection limit of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1 and G2 was less than 0.1ppb. Aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, G2, M1, M2 can be detected simultaneously by simultaneous sampling.

▶  Easy to install and operate (3-5 minutes to complete the installation), and the service life can reach more than 8000 hours.

▶  In accordance with Chinese Pharmacopoeia, AOAC 2005.08,AOAC 2008.02,AOCS Aa 11-05, China Taiwan Standard (Announcement No. 0981800370) and EU Pharmacopoeia 2.8.18 standard analytical methods.

▶  Compared with the traditional electrochemical derivation, it has the following advantages:

 ●  No need to use chemicals (reducing costs while also avoiding exposure of operators to toxic chemicals); No effect on the life of HPLC instruments (no corrosive acids flowing through capillaries);

 ●  No flushing steps required;

 ●  The results are consistent with the electrochemical method (bromine derivation);

 ●  In addition to aflatoxins, photochemical post derivators can also be used in the analysis of a large number of barbiturates, amino acids, peptides, aflatoxins, vitamins and sulfonamides. When detecting sulfonamides by HPLC, the fluorescence intensity of sulfonamides can also be enhanced: Sulfadiazine, Sulfapyridine,Sulfamerazine,Sulfamethazine,Sulfamethoxydiazine,Sulfaquinoxaline. The sensitivity reaches about 10ppb.
